Comparing a really big shit to a big shit and a shit doesn't really make any of them anything other than a collection of shit together, does it?

Don't give me that crap about the 70's. Unions went on strike for better conditions and pay. Big fucking deal. It's called collectivism and happens in every western country. Thatcher waited, and waited, and waited, stockpiled and stockpiled and then sent the army into striking workers, smashed industry to ribbons and then sold everything to the highest bidder, destroying millions of lives in the process.

    Revisionist my arse.

The movie indeed sucked. Not totally because for a drama and historical piece I was fairly entertained. The sucked part comes from what Ugotabe Kidding described when he mentioned how the film showed so much of her present life where she spoke to her dead husband or did insignificant things like set out his clothes.

Why they chose to show more of her pointless present life then they did of her significant past is beyond me, but it was really frustrating and ruined what could have been a much better film.
    5.5/10 - with zero rewatchability.

Eventually got around to this movie. I thought it was really good yes it kinda skips a lot of important part of history but hey its a movie.

On a human level I think that is a terrible way for a person to end up, a tortured mind would be hell on earth.

Questions for some of the Brits, the industries that should wipe out, where they profitable?
