Bump. I actually saw this back in November and am bumping since it's coming to theatres finally. My biggest advice is to probably wait for video. I don't know if the fact that I saw it on my computer made it feel like it, but it definitely felt like the type of movie you get from the video store.

Pretty standard crime drama (5 out of 10), but i like the opening which tells the audience where the movie got its name from.

it was better than I expected. I liked Phoenix in it. Whalberg is annoying, as he is in every movie.

He is annoying, sorry I offended you. Didn't know you were such a big Marky Mark fan.

O's fan, have you seen the movie called Nine Queens? I like how they make you think that one guy is setting up the other one, but in the end it's the opposite.

Yep. Wahlberg is an atrocious actor, but he (or his manager) for the most part does a great job at picking the right movies where the plot is good enough so that it completely outshines his shitty acting.

IDIOCRACY - 3/10 - Dumb, not funny, & only mildly entertaining. If dumb redneck jokes make you laugh a lot, then maybe this movie is for you although you'll probably get tired of the dumb redneck angle after the first 30 minutes. It isn't funny, the wardrobes and sets look cheap and ridiculous and it was just a bad execution to a pretty good idea for a movie.
    Rewatchability - 2/5

THERE WILL BE BLOOD - 6/10 - One word. Overrated. I don't see what the big deal with this movie was. Was it the fact that Lewis was once again playing the role of terrible human being again? The acting was top notch and I love drama's with a lot of dialogue but for christ sake please let something happen in the movie. What was the point of the whole thing? There were a few cool points in the movie and it was watchable, but it wasn't enough to justify all the hype it's been getting. Another negative was how long I had to wait for it all to end 2 & 1/2 hrs or so.
Rewatchability - 2.5/5 - Score might have been higher if I didn't have to factor in how long the movie was. Also how boring played a factor as well.
Side Note - I brought this movie to a friends house for us to have a "movie night." This kind of hurt my credibility. Out of 4 of us, 2 fell asleep in the middle of it, although one of the 2 pretty much falls asleep during any movie we watch at night.

10/10--I saw this a while ago, but I just rewatched it. Great movie. The story is great, there is great action and dialogue. This is one of the most star studded casts in cinematic history. De Niro and Pacino were great.

MICHAEL CLAYTON - 7.0/10 - Started out pretty confusing. You won't really know what's going on for several minutes, maybe 30 or more. Even then not everything is explained. It's an okay movie, but they focused too much on the wrong thing IMO. Rather than focusing on the case the movie focused too much on the legendary lawyer and his illness/behaviour. The ending however was worth sitting through but the movie might be a bit overrated.
    Rewatchability - 3/5

Oh yeah, i remember this. It's a movie from Australia or New Zealand talking about 2 brothers, one inherited the farm and turned it into a science lab or something.
