 Broken Arrow might be one of the suckiest cinema released movies of that decade.

I'm trying to remember a movie that I liked Slater in. Some movie with Morgan Freeman, perhaps? It's a toughie.

    Did you like True Romance?

And his movie with Morgan Freeman was about a giant killer rainstorm. Not sure if that's up your alley...

Whats it called? Either way, I hate Christian Slater and I'm glad he's no longer relevant.

Christian Slater played in Mobsters, which is quite certainly the worst mob/crime movie ever made.

Mobsters makes Scarface look like Goodfellas by comparison. Patrick Dempsey is in it for Christ sake!

In the ending it is apparent that Willis character will never die because he keeps running into himself through the time machine.

    IRON MAN 9.0/10

A very good movie, probably one of the best superhero movies of all time. It's kind of a combination of Transformers and Spiderman but with better acting. I'm getting the DVD for sure.

"This is England" -The hugely controversial film that was given an NC 18 in the UK but was deemed so important for the public to watch it was shown to youths in police stations across the nation.

I enjoyed it. A good story line that wasn't too predictable. Like most UK Indy films, the ending just tapers off (I've always liked that.)

Now, about the rating. The film was certainly MUCH less violent than most R rated Action movies. I guess what got them the rating was a ton of cursing (involving youths), sexual talk (involving youths), and something the British Motion Picture Assoc. called "gratification through violence."

Took the kids to see Iron Man this past Friday. I'm not a big comic-book-turned-movie fan, but I thought Downey was fantastic. But for me, the biggest shock was actually being impressed with Jeff Bridges pulling off the menacing, antagonist role.

This was certainly better than the Hulk, Spiderman, Transformer, or Ghost Rider crap. It was nice to see actors actually act and make a comic book movie decent.

I liked True Romance, but Slater brought absolutely NOTHING to the movie, despite being in the lead role.

Gary Oldman, Christopher Walken, and Dennis Hopper (each of whom are only in the film for about 10 minutes) made that movie.
