I liked this movie a lot for the genre. There are some similarities with The Devil's Advocate, but I liked the way Byrne played the role more than Pacino.

Yeah Byrne was certainly a better satan than Pacino, I agree.

    Wanted 8/10

Compare to another assassin movie HITMAN, this one is far superior when it comes to CGI and action sequence. The first half focused on the training of James McAvoy and the second half focused on his main assignment and a plot twist.

Lots of things are defying laws of physics and gravity, but who cares, they all made for awesome eye candy.

Yeah, Wanted is about 100x better than Hitman. Hitman was garbage!

Angelina Jolie's arm looks skinny, can she even hold that gun? They should have had her buff up a bit like she did for Tomb Raider.

Probably The Dark Knight. Hell Boy 2: The Golden Army most likely I'll rent it when it comes on DVD.

Do you think she walks around daily in Hollywood all skinny like everyone else and when its time to do a movie they just hook her to an IV and pump fluids in her annorexic ass? She looks ridiculous being that skinny and having those big ass tits.

    IN BRUGES

    GRADE B

PREMISE - 2 hitmen (1 old 1 young) are sent to Burges to wait for the heat to die down on them and await further orders. They end up dealing with situations and encounters that are both funny and serious.

CRITIQUE - Most of the reviews I've read overrate this movie a bit IMO, and I think that's mostly because the movie is so underrated and lowkey. As a drama it did have some funny moments but to me they weren't that funny and some felt a bit forced. Also the movie started a bit slow before the plot finally picked up a bit. The characters were all very good and well acted and the dialogue was pretty good. The ending was a bit predictable though and left an unanswered question. Overall it's though it's worth a watch.

    NOISE

    GRADE D+

PREMISE - A killer caps a bunch of people on a subway and leaves 1 girl alive. She thinks he knows where she lives and may come after her. Meanwhile a security guard who's having some hearing issues is struggling with the day to day aspects of his job while dealing with his indifference towards the whole thing.

CRITIQUE - The subway scene was cool but the movie went downhill from there. The reviews I read had this rated as topnotch but I really don't see why. I didn't get the point of it nor the tie in between the two seperate stories, neither of which seemed like it could or should dominate a movie or even be the point of the movie. At the end a certain person gets shot and like lots of movies these days they end it without you knowing if the guy died or not.

Hollywood's balls seem to have truly dropped, as in disconnecting, rolling down their pants leg, and into the streets.

Diary Of The Dead: 5/10 I like these type of movies...Dawn/Night/Day/Land of the dead..along with 28 weeks/days later...but this is SHITTY.....tries to be like cloverfield/blair witch project..with one or two person holding the camera...running around documenting as the world goes to shit..and the dead come back to life..etc..I like that it involves the WORLD..with people communicating over the internet/youtube..etc..but that doesn't happen enough..just a few scenes of people posting videos of what is happening...but like i said it involves the WORLD...they show that other countries are going through the same thing...

    It's SHITTY but i LIKE....but I won't WATCH AGAIN.....

    Sex And The City 7.5/10

Osfan went to see this movie at 9:30 in the morning, surprisingly guys outnumbered gals.

It's very easy to pick things up even without watching the tv show. No, this movie didnt induce seizure, it's quite entertaining, 2.5 hours running time is too short, it should be 3 hours.

Wanted- This movie was pure garbage. Can't believe I wasted my money on this crap. Mindless action to go along with lame acting, yeah I should have seen it coming.

Damn, I hated this movie. Takes itself way to seriously, one of those movies where I wished I never watched it. and it was LONG on top of it. If I wasn't with a group of people watching the film I would have turned it off halfway through it.

She was not anorexic when she did TOMB RAIDER and she admitted she ate more and lifted weights for the role. She even when on record on EW as saying that she got her ass back and was happy about it!

Is that the one where John Cusack's character missed the appointment that made Hitler pissed at the Jews?
