Actually I did, but I was remembering a similar thread a couple of years ago where most of the posters thought SCARFACE is THE bomb. Your thread is an example of 'the sheep syndrome': one 'key' poster says it is shitty and rest follows.:boohoo:

Cool your jets puncy, Redbelt had the potential, good acting, storyline, etc. But towards the end it just became ridiculous and over the top.

Dont make assumptions, Goodfellas is alot better than Scarface and the LOTR movies are some of the best ever :flip:

Don Cheadle is great, but this was a boring movie. Body of Lies was better.

It's gotten pretty good reviews here in the states..................but maybe the critics are just happy Guy Ritchie finally jettisoned that Kaballah obsessed Career Killer named Madonna.

Go rent it or download it from the Net, osfan would never see a Guy Ritchie movie again, he is in the same class as Uwe Bowe or however you spell his name.

    snatch and lsatsb are classics.

Only someone who knows nothing about movies would compare Ritchie to Bole or however you spell his name.

For those who saw this, question. When Terry decides not to fight and walks out to the garage to his new female friend, why does she slap him in the face and the next thing you know he's going back inside trying to snitch on the suits? Why did she slap him?

OK, i trashed Guy Ritchie w/o watching this movie, which is wrong. Now that i have seen this movie, i have to say it's one of his best, though the formula is the same. It's all about people back stabbing each other to get rich, but the pace of this movie is just right, keep me interested from the beginning until the end.

Yes, Gatti, there is a plot twist at the end of the movie which will explain a lot why Tom Wilkinson's character got screwed throughout the movie.

I did not expect it to be, so i was not dissapointed.

The part where the two big Russians are chasing them was awesome.

Would you agree that the main reason it wasn't as good as the previous two was that the dialogue was not quite as good?

Im not sure. Snatch and LSTSB are 2 of the best movies ive ever seen though so it had alot live up to I guess. I read Ritchie is going to do a sequel which should be interesting.
