Anyone who thinks that Cotto-Mosley would generate more PPV buys than Floyd-Mosley is on crack! Mayweather-Mosley would be a much bigger event than Cotto-Mosley, and would generate more buys.
I guess we can point to the fact that all those Judah fans set a new record at MSG as proof of that hunh?
 and people say Margarito is "overrated?"...Oktay Urkal and Pauli Malignaggi can go the distance in competitive brawls with Cotto's shakey, staminaless arse, but Hatton, Castillo and Margarito all get annihilated by this "monster"...infact everyone does now,.... except the indestructable god, late Rjj-replacement Fraud Mayweather of course :: that just about sums Fightbeat up,..this is pure raw emotional kneejerk as usual, and all because Cotto slowly buckled and wobbled his way to a victory over an opponent with a string of humiliating losses whom he never should've been allowed to fight in the first fucking place. :crafty: You can scream and screech for Margarito's blood all you very well want to, but Cotto's time is coming, and when Cotto gets a little routine 'woozy' against excellent finishing and ceaseless punching, this entire board shall be almost as silent as if Fraud himself had been KO'd. Miguel SUX. :stir:
Cotto would beat Margarita easily.......unless the unproven prospect Paul William gets to him first....
It Must SUCK to Root INCESSANTLY for a Cat that HAS YET to have even ONE Meaningful Fight... KaukipRrr,U Continue to Talk Shit about "Fraud" & Cotto & Practically Everbody Else w/in Margarito's Weight Range... Yet the FACT REMAINS,the Guys U BITCH about R Fighting EACH OTHER,whereas YOUR Guy is STILL Looking for that FIRST Meaningful Fight... Basically,Margarito has Given U NOfuckingREASON to Support him the Way U Do... U'd Better PRAY that he BEATS Williams,Cause if he Doesn't,that'll CONFIRM just How MUCH U've OVERRATED that Guy & just how Much Time & Energy U've WASTED on his Ass... REED
Cut him some slack, his real hero quit like a bitch two years ago, and then went on to dance with the stars.
:nono: You're supporting the wrong hope to beat Margarito, ironically, the only one I'd give a realistic shot at beating him at welterweight is Shane Mosely, the guy you and the rest of Roy Jones ex-fans should've clung to in the first fucking place. :nono: When Shane tears Fraud's arms off like a wild jaguar, you'll regret the day you ever supported the little punk bitch who is single handedly driving boxing into it's grave. :nono:
Mosley would kick Antonina's ass also, but that fight will never happen. IF(big if) Margarita beats Williams, Cotto is gettin in that ass! That then will hopefully set up Mosley-Cotto sometime early next year.
:nono: :dunno: Ohhh..Im sorry..was it you who I happenned to see amongst the choir chanting the following chorus.... "Antonio Margarito...fight your mandatory!!!"... ....is um, Paul Williams not to your liking anymore thank you Reed,..if so,..it begs the question?..:nono: ?..... Well,..... ?:dunno:
Williams You guys have made good points all around, but I honestly don't see Margarito beating Paul Williams. Antonio has had a good run at the top and is a likeable guy, a good family man, a credit to the sport and a good fighter, but I think it's time for a changing of the guard in boxing. Williams should TKO him, and after that, who knows? Don't forget Clottey, btw. Clottey is as tough as nails and very determined and well conditoned, and could just be the wild card at welterweight. Karl
Cotto is a very solid fighter. His patient and calm style leads to less fireworks than say Pacman or Morales, but the guy can fight, he gets the job done and is undefeated. I think he beats Hatton and Castillo, even though I would root for both of them over Cotto. He beats Margarito too.
Has Antonio really had a good run at the top? I don't hate the guy, and he can fight for sure, but he hasn't had one great win over a "top" or elite fighter.
