Barrios looks solid at the weight. This fight just got a tad more interesting. Still not ordering it. But I think Thurman might just have a fight on his hands that he does not want…

 

I want Thurman to win. Not because I like him, but because we need a big fight, and Spence-Thurman is a fight that will generate some mainstream attention.

If Barrios wins, then I think he'll face Spence as well (likely at Cowboy Stadium), but we all know that Spence would destroy Barrios, and it won't garner any attention.

Either way, I think Haymon's plan is for the winner to face Spence. It makes sense either way, because even if Barrios pulls the upset, he's a Texas boy like Spence.
