Was that before or after Tito tried to get out of the fight via the overweight route?

But then again, it has to be agreed upon by both camps and whatever sanctioning body is involved, and when it's anyone but the big 3 and maybe the wbo, they always agree.

I wouldn't really say that. The winner of this fight will have an opportunity to fight someone signifigant if they choose to do so.

If Tito wins he definetly will fight again. He could possibly fight - Pavlick , Taylor , Calzaghe , Kessler , Hopkins , etc etc

If Roy wins , he could fight Pavlick , Taylor at 170 , Calzaghe , Kessler , Dawson , Hopkins etc etc ....

I'm just saying , its all possible and we will see the winner of this fight again. Only possibility that could get rid of both of them is if Jones wins and allows himself to just fade out and he just doesn't fight again.

I think whoever wins will get another payday, but both guys would get waxed if they fought any good young fighter.

That's why they're fighting each other.

    Maybe true. However I wouldn't mind seeing a Tito/Pavlik or a Tito/Taylor fight.
I also think just the hand speed alone in a Calzaghe/Jones fight would be interesting.

What's the business about Roy's camp being outraged over Tito's customized blue gloves?

I'd love to know what's going on at the moment.

Since when does Trinidad have a consistent reputation of "always" being drained or needing extra tries to make weight?

I assume Jones' camp are voicing concerns about customizing(tampering)?

Well, Hopkins tried that strategy and it "worked"....so I figure Jones Jr. is reapplying it.

If Jones' team were unaware that Tito's gloves were going to be customized, then they have a legitimate complaint.

I thought he always made weight just fine. However, not making 170 is sure not a good sign. He should have came in lighter for sure.

It's .2 ounces dude. That's not a problem. It's probably a bad scale or slightly off. He made the weight just fine.

More like feeling all stupid standing there in those hip-to-hip weenie-grips as Jones Jr berades him. LOL. All he needs to complete the costume is that Village People Policeman's hat he wore for the Middleweight unification, and then it's "Show me the way to the Blue Oyster Bar!"

Tito is in very good shape. He didnt look like this @160. Now he's @170 looking better then when he was a middleweight. Also consider his long retirement as well.
