World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury will face no police action following an inquiry into alleged homophobic comments.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) received a complaint earlier this week after statements made on the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme.

But the force has recorded the comments as a "hate incident" as opposed to a hate crime.

Technically, he hasn't compared the two. He's mentioned the two in the same sentence.
I don't see where the 'hate' is in it.

This is yet another classic example of people (as Fury states) acting like sheep when a story gathers some kind of momentum and people jump on the bandwagon because they're 'offended'.

 

The man is clearly extraordinarily dumb but that isn't a fucking crime.

I watched a video on the BBC yesterday of his 'response' to the criticism. He basically hung his head of out the window of a car and repeated 'trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will saved'. Over and over again for about two minutes. I was pissing myself laughing.

Oh well, I don't think he's as dumb as your run-of-the-mill footballer....that is, those who look at the interviewer with utter confusion on their faces and have absolutely nothing to say.
Fury might be academically limited, but I don't think he's dumb. He's just too honest and frank with opinion that are 'delicate' to others.

And it's not a crime, or even an 'incident'.
