    yeah, I think a prime Vargas handles Margarito as well. Thought you were referring to Vargas TODAY.

    As for the '03 Mayorga...nah. Margarito wasn't always this slow. And he wasn't always a slow starter either - two signs of a fighter that either needs to move up in weight or contemplate some other measures. I think Margarito handles Mayorga in 03, and stops him in 07.

    :rolleyes: Pre-Tito Vargas would beat Margarito...Campas/Marquez style...Vargas did everything better than Margarito and could still take a punch...not that Margarito would hit him as hard as Tito anyways...

    ohhh okay...then we AGREE. I was talkinga bout a PRIME VARGAS....


    Prime Mayorga vs. Margarito would be closer...i never trusted Mayorga....
