How can I underrate Soto when he hasn't done anything special that warrants such celebration?

This is the same guy that not to long ago was considered the dark horse at 130 that not MAB, Morales, Or JMM were to beat Pacquiao but Soto was supposed to be the man.

I don't consider him overrated because of the losses on his record tha'ts just part of it. When I watch him fight I don't see anything special. HE is a decent fighter no more no less.

But everytime there is talks of him fighter some big name alot of people pick him to win as if he hasn showned to be that good.

when I look at his resume the biggest name on his record is Guzman and I thought Guzman beating pretty easy. Even clowned with him.

A potential fight with Guerrero would be awesome based on styles. To me they are both about the same level. There is no reason for me to assume Soto is better right now.
