Bro , I know its butchered and edited. Why ? Because unlike yourself , I seen the real footage before it was made into a youtube clip. With that said , I can comment of the clip and you can not because you never seen the real footage.
Dolphins take out Sharks ? Yet they are constantly finding dolphins in the stomachs of sharks ... Gee , how do you explain that one .. You can bring your size difference up all you want. Bottom line is that for their size , their mouth is no larger. Not to mention the design of their jaw and teeth are not made for the type of attacks you are describing. Face the facts buddy.
No dumb fuck , I just seen the real footage before it was butchered into a youtube clip. Unlike yourself , I seen the real thing. Sorry that I know more about the clip you posted then you do. If you did not see the real footage before it was made into a youtube clip , then you can't even comment. Just accept it bro ... Actually , you don't even have a say or you can't even have an opinion on your clip since you never seen the real footage.
Maybe if I post a video of every punch Ricky Hatton landed , Petre will think he won the fight against PBF ...
Killer Whale Facts The killer whale is a toothed whale. Their only enemy is human beings. They live in small, close-knit, life-long pods and have 1 blowhole. The killer whale belongs to the family of dolphins and is the biggest dolphin. It is sometimes called the "wolf of the sea" because its behavior is similar to that of wolves. Killer Whales grow to be about 27-33 feet (8-10 m) long, weighing more than 8,000-12,000 pounds (3.600-5.400 kg). The male is larger than the female. They are the largest member of the dolphin family. Killer Whales are efficient hunters that eat a very diverse diet of fish , squid , sharks , marine mammals (including whales and seals), turtles, octopi, and birds (penguins and gulls). They have even been known to attack young blue whales and other large whales. They have large, interlocking conical, enameled teeth distributed in both the upper and lower jaws (for a total of 20 to 26 pairs, so the orca has from 40 to 52 teeth). The teeth curve inwards and backwards - this helps the orca catch its prey. Teeth average about 3 inches long and about 1 inch in diameter, but some are even longer. Members of a pod frequently cooperate in hunts. An average-sized orca will eat 551 pounds of food a day. Killer Whales are very fast swimmers. They can swim up to 30 mph in order to catch prey. Killer Whales vocalizations include clicks used in echolocation, whistles, and scream-like pulses. The sounds are used to communicate with other orcas, for mating purposes, and for locating prey. Different pods (long-lasting groups of Killer Whales) have distinctive "accents" and can recognize members by this accent. ------------------------------- The Great White Shark The great white shark is a streamlined swimmer and a ferocious predator with 3,000 teeth at any one time. This much-feared fish has a torpedo-shaped body, a pointed snout, a crescent-shaped tail, 5 gill slits, no fin spines, an anal fin, and 3 main fins: the dorsal fin (on its back) and 2 pectoral fins (on its sides). When the shark is near the surface, the dorsal fin and part of the tail are visible above the water. Great whites average 12-16 feet long long. The biggest great white shark on record was 23 feet long, weighing about 7,000 pounds. (Average weight is 3000-5000 lbs) Females are larger than males, as with most sharks. Shark pups can be over 5 feet long at birth. Young great white sharks eat fish, rays, and other sharks. Adults eat larger prey, including pinnipeds (sea lions and seals), small toothed whales (like belugas), otters, and sea turtles. They also eat carrion (dead animals that they have found floating dead in the water). Great whites do not chew their food. Their teeth rip prey into mouth-sized pieces which are swallowed whole. A big meal can satisfy a great white for up to 2 months. ------------------------ As can be seen in this description of the two from the Natural History Museum ... Killer Whales are ON AVERAGE ... MUCH bigger than a great white. The shear size disadvantage alone puts the Great White on the losing side of this equation. Add the strength , speed and agility of a Killer along with it's equally large mouth and there is no competition. I would be willing to bet , most confrontations result in a Killer Whale purposefully and intelligently stalking / charging towards a great white , and the great white instictively retreating if not incapacitated by the first blow. Though small here is an average size comparison ...
You're grasping at straws CYC ... I posted the words of the Marine Biologist that SAW the encounter. And the clip is the portion of the documentary un edited. :kick:
Petre , I seen the real footage before it was edited and had shit added to make it a youtube clip. YOU DID NOT. END OF STORY. YOUR CLIP IS COMPLETELY BOGUS !!! Even being bogus , it still doesn't show a whale killing a shark. Also that article is not from the marine biologist. There is a quote where they say "apparently the whale killed the shark" Thats what they thought when they happend upon the whale swimming around the dead shark carcus.
Yeah here's a fact for you ... 100's of eyewitness encounters of people saved by dolphins during a shark attack. And here's another one ... Sharks eat dead things .... almost any dead thing , including dolphins. That hardly means they killed them. You are really being a moron in this thread CYC ... I hate to tell ya. Sharks are stupid creatures that run on predatory instinct .... Killer Whales and Dolphins are highly intelligent thinking creatures that organize , communicate and hunt in packs. They don't hunt people because they recognize intelligence. But in your case they might make an exception. :kick:
I'd love to debate this "conversation" and retort some more of your stupid and highly uneducated comments .... but I have to get ready for an appointment.
The only thing bullshit around here is your clip. You are attempting to spread false edited news and pass it off as fact. Bro , seriously , the clip you posted is SEVERLY edited and has a bunch of crap added in ...
Like I've said before.... A Great White is like Tyson - explosive, exciting, dangerous, mean looking, entertaining and down right cool. An Orca is more like Lewis - sure it's bigger, smarter, more skillful and beats a great white 9/10, but at the end of the day it's so fucking lumbering, tame and BORING that nobody really gives a rats ass.
So CYC .... is this how "everyone knew" the last thread ? And by everyone I mean basically you in your own mind. :: I posted the article with the actual witnesses statements on the event. The fact that they got a camera there and in the water after the kill means nothing when it comes to whether or not the actual kill of a great white by a killer whale happened. You lose ... you just don't know it because you're trapped in the delusion of your own mind. BTW ... simple question ... let's see if you've learned anything. DO KILLER WHALES EAT SHARKS ? ::
Besides the fact that I seen the REAL FOOTAGE that shows the camera men happening upon a KW eating a shark carcas , bottom fucking line is that even in your edited clip that you posted, IT STILL DOES NOT SHOW A KILLER WHALE KILLING A GREAT WHITE ... :: Even if I ALLOWED you to win the debate about the clip , its still shows nothing and offers no proof of anything.
The most retarded post of this thread. Orca lumbering? Shiiiiiiiiit, the only shark faster than an Orca is the small ass Mako shark. opcorn:
...and for all you great white loving cocksuckers, here's your chance for you to supposedly win this argument once and for all. Show me footage of a great white killing an orca. Go ahead, I'll wait. opcorn:
When whale carcas shows up from a Great White feeding frenzy, no Orcas are in site or have bite marks
I looked in my library of the survelance footage from sea in the past 100 years of every movement form a living creature from beginning to end, but I couldn't find it :dunno: I think someone must have deleted the massive amounts of Orca eating large Great whites thrashing about too :nono: Did you sabatoge my computer?
And yet the highly intelligent Killer Whale has NEVER been known EVER to scavenge and eat dead things , but rather always , what they have freshly killed. Not only are you an idiot ... but I believe you're a big fibber. :nono:
Bull fucking shit !! You better watch more discovery channel before you talk out your ass .. Speaking of discovery channel , if you actually watched it more often , you would have seen the original footage of the video you posted and would know yourself how bogus and edited that video really is ... Not to mention , it still does not show an Orca killing a great white simply because even though its edited , they couldn't edit that part because simply NO footage of that actually occuring even exists ..
Yeah you're right ... I should watch my favorite HD channel more often along with my other favorites , Animal Planet and The Learning Channel. :: So ... are you now claiming that Killer Whales are scavengers ? To my limited , need to watch Discovery Channel more memory , the only thing even close to scavenging Killer Whales have ever been accussed of is Whales that were freshly killed by whalers. But hey ... what do I know?
Hey Petre , show me either a series of still pictures or a video of an Orca killing a Great White. If you can't produce , then lets just drop it ..
Why would you ask me for one ?? When was I ever running around telling everyone that Great Whites kill Orcas ??
