Brother, I am hoping to GOD that you are right on every point, so don't get me wrong.

But I think that Hatton is so made stylistically for Floyd that it isn't funny.

Hatton is strong enough, but not nearly quick or fast or big enough to beat Floyd.

DLH at this point is faster, quicker and bigger than Hatton...and Floyd dealt with it and won albeit ugly as fuck.

DLH is an old man and inactive. 2 checkmarks for Hatton who is neither.

    Tis true.

But DLH is bigger, faster and more powerful at 147 than Hatton is.

I do realize that styles make fights alot of times, and Hatton's style is more problamtic for Mayweather than Oscar's style.

But again, I think that even at this point, DLH would stop Hatton.

I really think that Floyd will win this fight easy, even if it probably will be a stinker.

Floyd isn't a big strong man either. DLH isn't part of the equation. Floyd had to fight a style that was enough to get the win and expose DLH's weaknesses, that being DLH's old legs and his inactivity and his attempt at fighting in spurts because of his inability to fight at a constant pace throwing a high volume of punches.
I think Hatton brings a very different style to the ring AND youth with a much higher volume of punches and a tremendous amount of pressure not to mention a lot of body punching.

DLH's handspeed is faster than Hatton's, but his footwork is slower. But then, DLH could also reach out and touch Mayweather with his jab...Hatton doesn't exactly have that option.

Add to that...TALLER, LONGER REACH, BETTER CHIN.....

Still Hatton will put Floyd under more pressure than Oscar did with his hardman style.

And add to that: Hatton right now is uh the better inside fighter compared to rusty De La Hoya. Styles are much more importantin this fight than these physial attributes

    Agreed.

Still Hatton has inferior chin and defense to De La Hoya and so we'll see how he handle's Floyd's counters off the ropes and the mid ring sneak right hand and left hook leads....

That is a big thing. Against Tszyu (who was a very good and accurate counter-puncher too) he could handle them by staying close all the time and not giving Tszyu room to be effective. Against Flyd it will be different but I think Hatton will try that

You're quick with the inferior chin talk seeing how Hatton has yet to be stopped.

also, it will be interesting to see how each fighter deals with the other's incessant fouling - PBF's forearm to the neck - Hatton's holding and hitting.

Hey is anybody shocked Fatton is training at the UFC training centre. After he is done with boxing he probably goes for some wrestling practice.

I'm telling you, lads. It'll be Floyd doing the holding in this fight.
