Look how much longer it is after he waved it off in that pic, he's dry-humping him and waving his arm STILL, even after Pavlik was jumping around. I think Taylor tapped out from smoger. You can't wrestle with boxing gloves on, to Taylor's credit, you can see he was going to sprawl out to the left, but Smoger had the knee in the crotch.
