What is the reason behind the ridiculous Bradley/Pacquiao decision?

While it was a bad and corrupt decision, it was not the worse I have ever seen.

I'd have to say that Mike Weaver-Michael Dokes 2 and James Toney-Dave Tiberi were far worse as Toney and Dokes were beaten pillar to post.

Well Karl, it's kind of deceptive. Because overall, Pacquiao didn't exactly give him a beating did he, the fight was a fairly tepid affair, but he did give him a boxing lesson.

Even you scored it 10-2. How many rounds did you think Toney won against Tiberi?

    Tiberi really beat Toney up.

I'd say it was probably 10-2 for Tiberi as well.

I keep meaning to watch the Tiberi fight. I wouldn't be surprised if I score it for Toney, most people cant score Toney fights for shit. People were booing the Jirov decisision, ffs

I was going to say, I can't really remember that fight, I'll check it out and see for myself.

It's been a while since I watched it (a decade or so) but if memory serves, Toney had no energy and lost clearly.

Also Hut, fighters like Toney are easier to score on TV than they are in person. If you don't have an amazing seat, a fighter like Jirov pushing forward and throwing tons of punches looks way more impressive.

I hate Toney, but I thought he deserved the Jirov fight. I did have Griffin beating Toney in the first fight and I thought the second Griffin fight was close enough to go to either guy, but Toney probably nipped it.

I hope the Bradley fight blows up Mayweather/Pacq or at the very least costs them millions and millions. Fuck both of them.

I thought Toney clearly beat Jirov... by several points. Jirov was busy and game, but he was repeatedly blasted with flush counterpunches.

Tiberi pushed Toney around for basically the last 8 rounds of their fight, he was robbed.

I was amazed at how many idiots thought and still think Jirov won

It was an easy fight to score, IMO
