    Some boxers don't get it when they missed the bus. They keep trying to jump on the next one when those other buses are headed only SOUTH!

    When I first saw Verdejo, I knew he wasn't no Trinidad or Gomez, and I knew that even Cotto was a long shot. But DAMN, he at least looked like he'd be better than JuanMa... but he never even came close to that level.

    He really has regressed.

    He has some physical talent but lacks ring IQ and heart. He showed a lot of promise early. Disappointing.

    He’s cannon fodder for anyone decent.
