    Actually I think he peaked at super-feather. Granted, there were no great fighters back then but very solid opponents anyways and Floyd beat them all convincingly and effortlessly

    Well, Floyd did lose to Jose Luis Castillo so it is fair to say on a bad night he would have lost to many past champions.

    I don't have a problem with your pick, and in a 15 round fight Ross perhaps could have outworked him and hustled him to a points defeat.

    The last three rounds were the championship rounds, so we will never know if Floyd could have pulled it out.

    It would have been close either way, but I think Floyd would have trained accordingly and perhaps eeked out a verdict with his superior technical skills, but Ross was a hungry animal in there and I can see him pushing Floyd about to a points win as well, but no knockout victory on either side.
