I just watched the fight, and when the "ambulance" men came rushing over, it made me realise how absurd boxing is - that people choose to do something, and the authorities choose to sanction something, that's fairly likely to require emergency medical care.
Browne was awful (as expected) but Whyte looked a lot better than I expected. Not sure if it's because he improved or it's because he was in front of a punching bag, but he looked like a fighter with a real upside for the first time in his career.
Whyte looked really good but I can't put too much credence on the performance because Browne was just THAT shit. Fuckin guy was horrible.
I saw some footage of the fight and whyte looked the same sloppy guy as always just he was in front of a Kentucky fried bum
Is it true that the WBC have ordered Whyte-Ortiz as a final eliminator to face Wilder? That makes no sense whatsoever as Whyte is now the #1 ranked challenger to Wilder and Ortiz just lost to Wilder. I don't get it.
Clearly, Eddie Hearn's INFLUENCING the WBC...That's the Looooooooooooong and Short of It... He Promotes Whyte, but if Ortiz Wins, it's Another TOUGH Mandatory for Wilder, as Hearn Attempts to STALL Joshua-Wilder for as Looooooooooooooong as he Possibly Can...Win-Win... Sloooooowly but Surely, REED's Starting to See WHY Mr. Feebles Loathes Eddie Hearn...He's Making Joshua Look BAD in the "Negotiations" w/Wilder... REED
Wilder's offered Joshua $50m to fight him. I've no idea what Joshua's been getting paid per fight, but it can't be near that amount. Wilder sent AJ an email with the offer but this seems like just a stunt, to get people talking and hyped for the fight. I bet there's no contract.
50 mil + 50% of Everything BEYOND the 50 mil + No Rematch Clause... REED has his Doubts about the Legitimacy of the Offer as Well, But it’s No Less BS than Hearns’ 12.5 mil Flat Fee Offer to Wilder... REED
