not at all. I am pudgy right now. Got a small gut. When i was 185-190 i was looking my best. But i was never shredded.
Paquiao is fricken tiny! he looks muscular with his shirt off but in person these guys are SMALL! i was amazed once seeing Roy Jones in person.. when he first moved to 175.. he looks like a BEAST on TV when i saw him up close he looked super skinny
You look a bit skinny in some of those old pics of yours, LOK. The one where you have your shirt off and skinny while fishing which is probably like 10 years ago. You had abs but were really skinny. I think I'd slap the sh*t out of you if you're that skinny.
those ones where i was all cut up and skinny.. that was a funny time. i wanted to see how light i could get i was 160 in that pic i'm best at about 180 or so.. i'm actually dropping weight right now.. but not TOO much
150lbs TRAINED. Not 210lbs fat and chubby. There's a difference.:: They could be 210lbs too if they just ate cheetos and drank beer all day.
I train dick face. But i had to gain weight for a tournament i was fighting in and then the tourny got cancelled. So now im taking a break. Damn Hanz.
Why did you have to gain weight? Wouldn't you feel a lot faster and far more explosive and powerful at a lighter weight?
I didnt fight, it was cancelled. It was 200 pound weight limit. And it's judo. dont you know all of this hanz? I thought we spoke about this before.
You don't even need Judo. You could've just slapped the sh*t out of the other guy in like 2 seconds without using any of that gay ass Judo sh*t.
You dont think i tought of that Hanz? Problem is that i am only a 1st degree black belt in slapjitsu. the other guy was a 5th degree. I would have been slapped into bolivian
But it's not just arm strength---the bench press is basically an upper-body squat: pectorals, deltoids, triceps, biceps (particularly the bicep tendon that attaches to the crook of the elbow), forearms (to grip and keep the bar from wobbling), core muscles (to stabilize), rotator cuffs, and even the upper back muscles that impart rotational force to the scapulae.

Is that weight dropping competition finished at your work? I can't remember when you posted about it.
That's why he used the word "probably" instead of "definitely". Slystaff is very sly you know.
what was the name of this judo tournament and which area was it located and also the date that it took place? I'll see if I can find it.
