    I like some films Cruise has been in but if you're calling "Tom Cruise films" a genre it's a shitty repetitive genre.

    He has more personality than pure acting chops and sometimes he's left looking flat or silly but he's a good actor.

    Yeah, I have a hard time picking out a Tom Cruise film that just out and out sucks and I'm not really a fan of the "Mission Impossible" movies simply because I'm generally bored by sequels and franchises. They're generally entertaining and I loved Edge Of Tomorrow, even if the ending was a complete sellout.

    He's fucking maniacal, both in real life and in his movies, but he's definitely watchable......and when he plays out of the box like in Tropic Thunder, Magnolia or Born of the Fourth of July, he can be wildly entertaining.
