Gatti was shot. He was so shot, that he looked physically drained and near dead in a pre-fight interview with weeks left before the fight.:eeeek: :: Dude's eyes looked like a zombie.

Floyd has stopped 24 of 38 opponents. That's pretty decent.

Of course he didn't stop either Judah or Baldomir when he should have done, but I honestly believe that Zab's low blow and the following mini-riot saved his ass...and Floyd wanting to protect his hands after the first 6 rounds, saved Baldomir.

Floyd has stopped fairly solid guys before...Burton, Corrales, Gatti, Ndou, Mitchell etc.

Don't underrate his power and finishing ability, you may be surprised.

It took a KILLER like Cotto 11 rounds to stop Zab and even then Zab wasn't knocked clean out.

Vernon Forest who almost stopped Shane, couldn't stop Baldomir...and Judah who stop Cory Spinks who Jermaine Taylor couldn't stop...couldn't stop Baldomir.

De La Hoya...well unless you'r name is Bernard Hopkins, you're not stopping him.

Great post. Floyd fought the rematch and dominated, Hatton just ran away with his tail in between his legs.

When you need a gift over Colloazo it doesn't look good for Vicky against a real fighter like Mayweather.
