Punching Billy Graham with the fat suit doesn't count. Vicky just locks up he doesn't even throw body punches.
Hilarious, from start to finish. According to you: 1. Witter would have either blasted Kostya Tszyu out or made him quit. 2. Kotelnik would have beaten Kostya Tszyu 3. Being lucky to survive the last round of a fight against a world champion in a world title fight at a different weight to your normal weight is 'embarrassing'. 4. Today's version of Zab Judah would KO Hatton I also note that you answer none of the questions I raised...quell surprise No wonder people can't wait to see Witter stretched... opcorn:
The Judah fight, I guess, but Witter was something like 12-0; it wasn't anything resembling a "big fight."
We all know you fucking hate him thats very clear.... FACT > He kicks the shite out of your boy witter.::
Witter: Hattons been running scared for 10 years http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co...._been_running_scared_for_ten_years_witter.php unior Witter today accused Ricky Hatton of avoiding him for TEN years and blasted: He's made a career out of running from me. Bradford's world champion hit back after Hatton stirred up another war of words with his bitter rival. Hatton, trying to pour more cold water on the prospect of the pair ever fighting, reckoned Witter had "made a career for himself on slagging me off". He does not want to give Witter "the best pay-day of his life" by granting the showdown that every British fight fan is demanding. But Witter believes the public are tired of Hatton's excuses - which have been going on since both men started out as professionals. Witter said: "I remember going to fight in Manchester when I first started up. Hatton, Michael Gomez and Arnie Farnell were all coming through and it was mentioned then with Frank Warren that we should do the fight. advertisement <script language="JavaScript"> <!-- OAS_AD('Frame2'); //--> </script><script>do_dp_ad();</script> <!-- Support: http://adsadmin.newsquest.co.uk#Oas...een_running_scared_for_ten_years_witter.php## --> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://newsquestmedia.uk.smarttargetting.com/smartad.asp?ipid=6406&scid=3&size=300x250&type=rm&time=693568216"> </script><script type="text/javascript" src="http://newsquestmedia.uk.smarttargetting.com/v3/smartad.jsp?ipid=6406&scid=3&size=300x250&type=rm&time=693568216&kw=Hattons%20Been%20Running%20Scared%20For%20Ten%20Years%20Witter%20%20from%20Bradford%20Telegraph%20and%20Argus%20"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="http://adserver.adtech.de/addyn%7C3.0%7C82%7C1248995%7C0%7C170%7CADTECH;loc=100;target=_blank;kwlp1=vm8429a+vm8478b+vm8486b+vm8568c+vm8635a+vm8672b+vm8666a;kwlp2=;kwlp3=newsquest_general;key=vm8429a+newsquest_general;grp=%5Bgroup%5D;misc=-1118197079;rdclick="></script><script language="JavaScript" src="http://ads.adviva.net/serve/v=4;m=2;l=5128;ts=1201140223015"></script><script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="http://ad.uk.doubleclick.net/adj/N2806.adviva.co.uk/B2628771.14;sz=300x250;click=http://ads.adviva.net/click/v=4%3Bm=2%3Bl=5128%3Bc=12223%3Bb=60463%3Bts=20080124020348%3Bdct=;ord=20080124020348?"></script><!-- Template Id = 1 Template Name = Banner Creative (Flash) --> <!-- Copyright 2002 DoubleClick Inc., All rights reserved. --><script src="http://m.uk.2mdn.net/879366/flashwrite_1_2.js"></script> <object classid="clsid27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" id="FLASH_AD" height="250" width="300"> <embed src="http://m.uk.2mdn.net/1042493/Ipod261107_alltariffs_silver_300x250.swf?clickTag=http%3A//ad.uk.doubleclick.net/click%253Bh%3Dv8/3651/7/1f/%252a/y%253B176470373%253B0-0%253B0%253B24307569%253B4307-300/250%253B24327352/24345205/1%253B%253B%257Esscs%253D%253fhttp%3A//ads.adviva.net/click/v%3D4%253Bm%3D2%253Bl%3D5128%253Bc%3D12223%253Bb%3D60463%253Bts%3D20080124020348%253Bdct%3Dhttp%3A//shop.orange.co.uk/shop/show/offer/ltosale01%3FWT.SPclick%3Djsdd1" quality="high" wmode="opaque" swliveconnect="TRUE" bgcolor="#" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="never" height="250" width="300"></object><noscript></noscript> <script type="text/javascript"> <!-- var CounterID="31088"; var CounterPos="x32"; function RMRAND() { return String(Math.random()).substr(2,10); } adcount = new Image(1,1); adcount.src = "http://adsadmin.newsquest.co.uk/RealMedia/ads/adstream_lx.ads/www.thisisbradford.co.uk/sport/sportlatest/display.var.1989266.0.hattons_been_running_scared_for_ten_years_witter.php/1"+RMRAND()+"/"+CounterPos+"/OasDefault/SmartAdSportMpu2008/"+CounterID+"/35393764616239323437393765326130?"; //--> </script> <noscript> </noscript> "Hatton looked at me with this half smile and said not quite yet' - and ever since then it's been not quite yet'. "I was then told I could make £5,000 to fight Hatton or wait and do it for the British title for £50,000. I was happy to do it there and then, so they said I had to wait again. "Even when it was apparently written in his contract to fight me, it still didn't happen. There was always a reason. "I do everything I can and will beat up whoever's put in front of me. That's what fighters do, not argue about more money or TV exposure or not bringing enough people in. "I would get a big pay-day, of course, but I'm going to get a big pay-day in my next fight. That doesn't come into it. "I'm not bothered about making £10million or £20million. As long as I've got enough money for me and my family, then I'm happy - and I've got that." Witter has also questioned Hatton's self-styled image as the man of the people, when he is holding back on the duel they want to see. He said: "His fans have been screaming for my blood for the last ten years. It's the biggest fight in England since Eubank and Benn, if not bigger, so let's do it. "Hatton loves this image of being a normal guy and yet he's started talking about himself in the third person in interviews. What normal people do that? I don't." Witter is preparing to defend his WBC light-welterweight title in America against Demetrius Hopkins on March 22. Hatton, recovering from his first loss at the hands of Floyd Mayweather, plans to return to the ring in May. Witter said: "Hatton called out Mayweather by calling him a coward and boring. Now he wants to fight Paulie Malignaggi, who's been going round slagging him off in America. "Trash talk is part of the game; not a nice part but it happens and helps to build up the intensity between the fighters. "Malignaggi's only doing the same as me but Hatton doesn't seem to have a problem with him."
Witter now needs a US audience, so that he brings something $$$ wise to the table. He needs to beat D-Hop, then call out Paulie. After he beats him, and Hatton has a tune up or two, the stage will be set. Enough of this silly 'Hatton is scared' shit. It's boring and ridiculous... :dunno:
Yes, ridiculous. For all of the reasons I have outlined before. In a nutshell, Hatton wont fight Witter because he brings no wedge to the table. And Hatton HATES Junior. If Witter can get some leverage, then he can force Hatton to fight. If not, then... :shit: Hatton's last fight (albeit a loss) was in Vegas and earned him a cool ten million. Witter's was in a Bradford Leisure Centre and earned him...his bus fare. Witter needs leverage. He should fight Paulie first. MTF
Illu, I LIKE and RATE Witter: I wish I was telling porky-pies... ...but facts are facts  Hatton was scared of WITTER but fought Tszyu, Maussa, Collazo (@ 147), Castillo and Floyd (also @ 147)? How much sense does that make?
In hattons mind... Tszyu - It's the right time to fight him. If I lose no big deal but I have perfect circumstances (manchester, tszyu 36, ring rusty, coming off a very bad injury etc). Maussa - This guy will be an easy fight, he can't even throw punches properly. I'll beat him easy. Collazo - He is a weak champion and I will break him up. He was stopped before and he's the weakest of all welterweights. Castillo - He jsut got a gift against Ngoujo and looks shot. He will fight into my hands and fight my fight. He's old enough for me to look really good against him. Floyd - He's the best out there, if I lose no biggie and I'm pocketing a cool 20 mill for it. He doesnt hit that hard and I am stronger than him. I will bully him around the ring but if I lose, it was to the pound for pound number 1. he started his career at 130, i will be much physically stronger. WITTER: He hits very hard and is really awkward. He's the exact type of style I'd HATE to fight. He is a natural 140 pounder too, he's fought there all his life. He is just way too awkward and powerful. I couldn't stomach losing to him. Losing to Tszyu or Floyd was managable but loking to Witter, NO WAY. Therefore I will avoid him like the plague.
When somebody gets asked over and over if they are going to fight some body that means people want to see the fight.
This is Starting 2 Remind REED of Antonio Tarver's OBSESSION w/Roy Jones...ALL He EVER Talked about was "Roy Jones THIS", "Roy Jones THAT"... & Like Roy, Hatton may Come to REGRET that he Didn't Get RID of that Thorn N his Side Sooooooner... The English Public WILL DEMAND a Hatton-Witter Bout B 4 Hatton Retires & by the Time it Happens, Hatton will B N DECLINE... He's Neglected Witter All these Years Out of SPITE, but Witter's Only Gotten BETTER...Hatton's Decision NOT to Fight Witter EARLIER Might Eventually BITE him N the Ass...Or ARSE, as the Brits Say:: ... REED
Or it's like when Oscar refused to fight Vargas for all those years saying the exact same things Hatton is saying now. Only to eventually cave and make the fight and beat Vargas' ass. I hope Hatton does fight Witter and beats the shit out of him.
cowardly hatton fighting no hoper in next fight http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=34006&cat=boxer
I don't blame him, he definitely needs a confidence builder after getting KTFO by Sheryl Crow and the turnbuckle. I'm no Hatton fan, but I don't have any doubt that he'll step it up after a confidence builder or 2. The other contenders at 140 are nothing special.
Could be worse. He just lost his last fight by KO, who did you expect him to fight? I know you wish he'd fight Witter but you should have never expected it to come right after a KO loss.
It's called a tune-up?? :dunno: Actually, when I read the title of this thread, I though Hatton must have agreed to fight your boy at last Attraction...
