Just to clarify, and I'll make a thread on the day of the fight... but if you post the result before it's on Showtime, I'll have to suspend you for seven days.

 

Just to clarify, because you obviously don't read threads, that I will not be watching the fight as I will be working so I will have to download it the next day. Therefore I won't be able to post the result. However, if I wasn't working I certainly would post the result and if this account was banned I would just use a proxy and post under a different name, making it clear that it was me.

For real? I mean, this is only his second fight to be aired on a stateside network (he fought on HBO Latino a few years ago, 2005 or so), but he's no worse than a Top 5 super middleweight ATM.

 

REED certainly knows his boxing, but he is very different to people like you and val etc, in that he doesn't make a concerted effort to keep abreast of the Euro scene etc.

The thing is, we Euros don't have a choice but to follow the US boxing scene, because the fact is, that's where almost all of it happens.

But I can sort of understand why many of you don't know much about Euro boxers, because you have to make more of an effort than we do, to get to see the fights etc.
