i do think froch can punch some. i don't think there are any bigger punchers at 168.

i'm most curious about his chin though, he either is the cockiest prick in the world or he generally has a rock solid chin.

i want a big puncher to clock him to find out.

He does have a very good chin, he has shown that in fights when he has been hit, particuarly against Charles Adamu and Henry Porras. 2 solid, perhaps not concussive punchers....but they were exposing Froch's lack of defence and landing flush shots and he took them very well.

I think Kessler would expose those defensive flaws, and tag him all night with the right hand. Although Froch's awkwardness and power gives him a chance against anyone in the division

I think Kessler's right hand is harder than Frock's.

I would say Andrade hits as hard as frock too.

I don't get the hype with frock, I really don't. He's a decent fighter, not world champ material.

By the way what do you think Attraction will say about the shitter?

Do you think he'll cry robbery, or admit the shitter was beaten fair and square?

I have to say, I am not particularly surprised at this result.

I picked witter confidently, but that was more down to seriously underrating bradley, he looked much better than when I saw him before. Not only that, but given that bradley had beaten NOBODY before now, witter was the logical choice.

Pretty solid little fighter actually, is bradley. For some reason he reminds me a bit of Stevie Johnston.

 How can anyone be suprised. Witter is garbage and i have always thought so. You guys bought into the Corely and Harris beating. But i always thought they were garbage.

Witter ran into a guy, who was younger, faster and fresher. Bad styles match-up, but this pretty much ends Witters run at the top. Maybe he can get a rematch with Kotelnik in Germany. :stir:

Excellent win for Bradley who really impressed me the first time I saw him on ShowBox. Haven't seen this one yet but if he looked as I expected, I believe he has the goods to defeat Ricky Hatton convincingly. Doubt that fight happens though.

He looked better than I have seen him look, he looked good.

Beat Hatton? No. He is a solid fighter, and looks to have a decent chin too, but he wouldn't beat hatton. He'd last the distance though.

I watched the fight and actually thought Witter would get the call- I said to those present that he'd get a split decision...

When Jimmy said 'split' all eyes turned.

Good decision. Witter got fucking owned tonight. Bradley was too quick and too sharp. He ate Witter's style all night.

No more talk of Hatton. Nothing. Witter has had TWO shots in the limelight and blown them both. End of story.

Congrats to Bradley. All he has to do now is get a fight with Ricky and get bulled into next week and the Witter myth is finally dispelled...

I think that´s what I wrote. Let me check. Yes.

Given that he had the best resume of all the world champs at 140, I guess that would qualify him.

I think the fact of this thread going for 10 pages spoils the fact that Witter got jacked up.

The sad thing is that Witter was AWFUL tonight. He just bottled it again, per the Judah fight. And make no bones about it, this fight puts a totally differebnt light on the Judah fight.

Twice Witter has had the limelight he allegedly craved. Twice he fell apart.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but history will show that a very talented and decent world champion simply couldn't perform on the big stage. When glory called, his arse fell out...

Hatton must be pissing in his pants right now.

Junior is/was SHIT...but i don't know think the limelight had anything to do with it...the Harris/Corley fight were MORE IMPORTANT..and he prevailed...he just isn't very good...

did he get tired today....late in the fight as usual...?

Correct REED if he's Wrong, but he's Guessing that the Euro Demand for a Hatton-Witter Fight is Approximately 60-70% LOWER than it Was this Time YESTERDAY...

That's being conservative. I watched the fight with a handful of 'casual' boxing fans who had heard a lot about Witter but were watching him for the first time.

The general consensus was, beyond 'this guy is shit' was 'Hatton would fucking kill this chump'.

Like I said, Witter has fucking thrown every card he built right out of the window.
