Nothing can be done about his style because he keeps on punching. I think Clinching without punching is what is illegal, This will be a very ungly fight for Floyd. I can see him being outworked here. His pot shot style will not work here. Floyd will be forced to fight.
Agreed. I think if anyone can talk money with Floyd its Hatton. He can fill a soccer field in England. I would love to see it.
Still stinging over the Tszyu beatdown, huh. Yeah, Kostya's face ended up looking like one of the members of Siouxie and the Banshees because of too much "grappling.":shit: Idiot, you can see him dancing on his new fag reality show. Let the Hatton train ROLL ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bears:
He did a bit more punching tonight....but in Urango and Collazo it was 90%clinch...10%punch...CORTEZ was butts tonight...warning and taking a pt away from Castillo for hitting low...but HATTON was clinching him most of the time....
:nono: why are people suprised that Hatton did some holding :notallthere: anyone who expected this fight to have zero holding is as stupid as anyone who expected Mayweather-DLH to be a war ________ Pissing public
Exactly. Stuck record. Floyd is much harder to outwork than people think. It's much easier said than done. It's like Hopkins...he hardly throws many punches...and so people keep thinking: "next fight he's getting outworked"..but when the next fight comes...suddenly his opponent's punch output has been significantly reduced as well.
Other than the finish Radio - you can't possibly think it was an impressive performance tonight. At least not an eye pleasing, fan friendly performance. Hatton looked strong and he looked fast so WHY the fucking holding? It's not like he's so inept he needs to hold, a la ruiz, he can win without that much holding. What the fuck is wrong with him. I hate holding, it's ugly and just breaks the rhythm and flow of the fight.
Yeah, and Gayweather's had some really exciting fights recently. Like the ...uh....yeah...or the one against........uh, I don't know. We should ask Jose Luis Castillo who he thinks hits harder. :stir:
 A Fraud fight being a war,..true, very true. It's hilarious how all these Fraud fans have suddenly popped up, and are slathering the board with complaints about "what's bad for boxing".
Word.I didn't see any low blows from Castillo IMO but Hatton was holding like a mothafucka and never got one call for it.Joe is :notallthere:
Watching this fight I thought that Nady had shrunk, became Hispanic, turned 20 years older and changed his name.
T'was an interesting reaction to the punch by Castillo, that's for sure. His reaction confirmed how bloody painful that punch really was. His instainct seemed to me..to be to run out of the ring as far away from hatton as possible. ::
Castillo was holding just as much as Hatton during the fight and for those that didn't see it Castillo did land a low blow in the 2nd and Cortez warned him for it then took a point in the 3rd for doing it again. Most of you complaining about Hatton are known Hatton haters so your complaining means shit. The boy keeps winning so you guys keep complaining hell thats an even trade.::
castillo landed one that wasnt that bad, the last 2 hatton sold , and the third wasnt even close to being low
I wonder what Hattons' training was before boxing, was it Greco Roman wrestling?? I just don't like watching the guy. He is a busier John Ruiz.
You people are stupid listening to HBO. It wasn´t as bad as HBO made it out to be, just like Cortez warned Castillo at least twice for low blows, but HBO was more interested in their stupid agenda, to push Hatton as a grappler and Castillo as shot, than to actually pay attention to the fight. Hatton managed to land 80 punches in four rounds, Castillo landed roughly 50 punches. Yes there was holding, but they fought out of it. I can´t believe people can be disgusted with this fight, but actually enjoy Mayweather or Spinks running away not throwing punches.  You can´t give the guy any credit, and I better not say why I think you think that way. He holds his ways to victories, his opponents are shot, Castillo laid down.
Yeah, because sooooooooo many people were high on Spinks' performances. Right? And the board was and still basically is split on Mayweather's "excitement value". So STFU and quit crying. You're just like everyone else.
hatton's like an ottke - cheating, inflated wins over a few name fighters on the cusp of retirement, padded with a parade of nobodies. a euro-hype machine who is allowed to play by his own bastardized version of the rules of boxing, 43-0, that undefeated '0' being the black hole that his soul has disappeared into - same as snottke, same as slappy. hook, headlock, hook, armbar, hook - when did this become legal? shame on cortez and on the promoters who told cortez to allow it
