    Not so much a stamina problem as it were the requirement to pace himself more and throw fewer punches.

    As far as his power at 160, it's really difficult for me to discuss because I'm convinced that his gloves were loaded as hell against Joppy. The Cherifi fight means nothing. The Mayorga fight he enjoyed a significant size advantage and still had to rely on body-shots to finally stop Mayorga - he didn't knock him out in true Trinidad fashion.

    Against Winky, his power just wasn't there. A defense like Wright's could not have held off the Tito of old, just as David Reid's couldn't.

    I disagree. Not when it's done with the genius that Trinidad did.

    I can take a painting class and learn all about color theory, techniques, etc. That doesn't mean I will be a good painter.

    Trinidad wasn't a genius anything, but if you can imagine him ever even getting near to beating Wright, it's clear you think an awful lot more of him than I do.

    Trinidad couldn't ever have solved Wright.
