That's not that relevant. They are 2 different fighters. He could do as he pleased against Bradley because Bradlys has a fairly tepid offense. Marquez hasn't.

How many times have we seen a vicious pressure fighter's activity completely drop in the face of an excellent offensive fighter, especially one with great accuracy?

Look at Plasterito. One thing that can be said about that big dumb cunt is he is tough, determined, and throws a lot. Yet his output dropped dramatically in the face of little Manny's elite offense, with excellent speed and accuracy.

Similar story with Marquez against Provo. Even Flat Faced Heathen Provo won't be quite so keen to charge in face first when he's been nailed flush with a few counters he didn't see coming.

The styles don't favour Provo, they favour Marquez. Sure he's old and vulnerable and will inevitably eat some serious leather from FFH Provo, but he'll end up beating the shit out of him.

 

Or the SPACE...For as GREAT as Marquez Admittedly Is @ Countering, he Needs ROOM to Get it Done...If Provo is in his CHEST Maidana vs. Floyd Style, Marquez WON'T have Room to Counter as Effectively as Some Think he Will...

JMM will not fight Provodnikov, he will fight Pacquiao, but insist upon getting paid 50%.
